When we first moved to Philadelphia, our daughter was five months old and never been cared for by anyone but my wife and I and our extended family. i was very apprehensive about putting her in daycare and I knew nothing about what to even look for in a daycare. At Growing Tree, I felt at ease right from when I walked through the door for that first visitto check the place out. The staff is incredibly friendly and each one of them cares a great deal about their work and approches every day that way. My daughter grew to love it very quickly while the staff was accommodating of my overly concerned checking in on her during the first couple of weeks. The facility is spacious and has lots of natural light, great toys, and a large outdoor space (which also has lots of nice equipment). They are also supportive of cloth diapering which was great for us. the staff was very responsive any time we rasied any concerns (which was very rarely) and always wanted to work with us to make things better. The prices are also incredibly reasonable considering the quality of sevices provided. Finally, the daycare also puts on a lot of great events and excellent programming for the children of all age groups without any added cost.

As a former growing tree learning center attendee myself as child, It was a no brainer where I would be sending my son when I found out I was pregnant. My son has been enrolled for 6 months now and I can attest to the fact that the same comforting environment I had the pleasure of experiencing over 20 years ago is still a very strong component of this establishments mission. Growing tree learning center is accommodating and understanding when It comes to first time working parents. They make you feel as a parent that you are a part of a supportive community and the staff takes care of your child as if they are their own.
The way that the staff quickly shifted gears to accommodate covid regulations while maintaining a safe and caring environment has been a true blessing for this working mom! Ashley K.
